The HSE winter measures for General Practice as agreed with the IMO run from 8 December 2025 to 15 February 2026 . These supports allow practices to run extra daytime Respiratory & Acute Clinics during the busiest months. What’s required Ten extra 2-hour  Respiratory/Acute Clinics across the winter Aim for roughly one per week Clinics must be outside normal surgery hours Minimum six GMS/DVC consultations  per clinic Clinic time windows You can schedule clinics during: 7am–9am
