Pricing
There is an annual licence fee which includes your hosting and domain charges. Most importantly, the annual licence fee covers the maintenance and management of your site - we will update the features as necessary over time so you don't end up with an out of date website!
In the first year there is an additional setup fee of €699.
Prices include VAT.

We will let you know how soon we can start work on your bespoke practice website.

Before starting on your website we will send a simple document to collect some basic information about your practice (history, team, available services etc).
We will also send on some theme/colour inspiration.

We will then arrange a Zoom meeting to discuss what look & feel you want for your personalised practice website.
Payment in full of the setup fee and the annual licence fee are required prior to commencing the website build.

Bespoke Forms
Our range of bespoke forms allow patients with routine queries to contact the practice easily and at their convenience, freeing up phone lines in the process. This also improves the quality of information received at reception, thus reducing time wasted chasing incomplete information and allowing staff to respond in a safe and timely manner when it is appropriate to do so.
Health Resources
All our websites come with a lot of useful health information & resources (sourced from reputable organisations) and downloadable standard application forms e.g. medical card application form/online application link. We will keep an eye out for any new resources or forms and update your website when necessary. You can also add additional content or documents any time you like.
Practice policies
We include numerous practice policies as standard on our websites, such as the ICGP Privacy Statement (including website specific notices), Equality & Respect, and a Complaints Policy (HIQA require all practices to make this readily available).

A new website is the perfect opportunity to launch a new logo and identity for your practice, helping to set you apart from other practices and present a fresh, professional image to patients and other stakeholders. We can assist you in creating a logo for your practice by connecting you with our graphic designer (priced separately, but very reasonably).

All websites have the most robust storage encryption standard commercially available and come with HTTPS, TLS 1.2+ and automatic SSL for encryption in transit so that your business site data (i.e. user data) is protected as it moves location, giving you and your patients confidence and trust in your online services.

Your site history is backed up at all times - if you make a change and something goes wrong, you can always restore to a previous version of your site.
Online Payments
With our Professional & Premium plans, we can set you up with a low cost online payments system to take pre-payments for repeat prescriptions and other items.
Easy to Edit
You do not need any technical knowledge to edit your site yourself - it's easy to keep information up-to-date at all times. The drag-and-drop editing tools are intuitive and easy to understand. Everything you need to know to update and maintain your website is provided in the online help centre.
24hr Online Support
Live support is available 24/7 on all plans, you can request a callback or live chat about your issue/query.
GPPA Support
Our Professional & Premium plans include support from GP Practice Ally, including uploads of new health resources as they come available (e.g. links to ICGP menopause resources) and site maintenance.
