The annual licence fee is €695, which includes ongoing maintenance, hosting and domain charges. We know things change constantly in General Practice, so we do not charge any extra for updating your site throughout the year!
In the first year there is an additional setup fee of €945.

What information do I need to provide? I'm so busy, I don't have the time to write up loads of content!
The only information you need to provide is basic practice information (address, opening hours), fees and bios. We do all the rest!
I'm not sure we want all the forms, can we choose?
Everything on the site is customisable! You edit change forms to suit your practice before launch or as time goes by!
Can we change the imagery on the site?
Of course, we have a library of suitable images - or you can provide your own!
We need a practice logo, can you help us with that?
Yes, our graphic design partner has created lots of beautiful logos for our clients at very affordable prices.
We're not sure about taking payments online and online bookings, can you advise us on our options?
Absolutely! We know what works with each GP practice management system or can link to other 3rd party providers, and will explain all the options to you.
We have an existing website, can you update that one with online payments etc or do you create a new website?
To ensure your website has seamless functionality and future proofing, we only develop new websites. We can help you manage everything in the background to ensure continuity of service and access when you make the switch to you brand new site. We can match the colours of your existing website no problem.

Before the Zoom we will send a simple online form to collect some basic information about your practice (address, services etc).
This is required prior to the call.
Payment in full of the setup fee and the annual licence fee are required prior to commencing the website build.

All our websites come with a lot of useful health information & resources (sourced from reputable organisations) and downloadable standard application forms e.g. medical card application form/online application link. We will keep an eye out for any new resources or forms and update your website when necessary. You can also add additional content or documents any time you like.
We include numerous practice policies as standard on our websites, such as the ICGP Privacy Statement (including website specific notices), Equality & Respect, and a Complaints Policy (HIQA require all practices to make this readily available).
