Programme Format & Dates
The programme consists of 10 full-day, in-person sessions (9am-4.30pm) to foster hands-on learning and meaningful peer connections.

All sessions take place at Midlands Park Hotel, Portlaoise. Accommodation details will be provided for those requiring overnight stays.

Attendance Requirements
Attendance at the first session is mandatory, and you must be able to attend 8 out of the 10 dates to be eligible for certification. To gain the full benefit of the programme, we strongly encourage attendance at all sessions, as they will not be recorded.

Assessment & Independent Learning
To reinforce learning, some modules include straightforward multiple-choice assessments and practical assignments. Participants should allow for 20 hours of independent learning outside of programme dates.

Who Should Join?
This programme is for Practice Managers working in GMS GP practices in Ireland, including experienced managers, those new to the role, and those preparing to take on practice management responsibilities. GPs, practice administrators and practice nurses involved in management are also welcome.
