Educational Overview This practical webinar focuses on the core HR compliance documents every GP practice must have in place and how to manage new starters in line with WRC and data protection requirements. It explains what must be included in contracts of employment, which policies should sit in the employee handbook, and what documentation employers must hold on staff files at the onboarding stage. The session uses helpful references and real-life examples to help support participants reduce risk, respond confidently to WRC inspections, and demonstrate compliance with Irish employment legislation and GDPR.
