Educational Overview This on-demand webinar focuses on supporting general practice teams to manage challenging interactions safely, professionally and consistently. The session provides practical strategies to support staff in responding effectively to challenging situations, reducing escalation and maintaining professional boundaries. It also considers risk management and staff wellbeing, with a focus on supporting teams to cope with emotionally demanding interactions in everyday general practice. This webinar is delivered by Suzanne Creed from Medisec and draws on her expertise in risk management, staff safety and professional boundaries in general practice.
