Ann Higgins

Ann is a qualified Nurse consultant with an MSc in Infection Prevention and Control. She is co-owner and clinical director  at Medical Audits and is also Honorary Lecturer with the Royal college of Surgeons where she designs and helps deliver the post graduate diploma in Infection prevention.

Medical Audits are an Irish company with offices in Dublin and Birmingham. They design and develop bespoke software for healthcare providers of all sizes from large MNHS Trusts such as Kings College Hospitals and Guys and ST Thomas’s to single GP practices and Community care teams. Medical Audits also provide audit, consultancy and Training services to healthcare. 

Ann has worked in the Quality Assurance and Risk areas of Healthcare since 2012 and her role in Medical Audits includes providing expert, independent advice, training and consultancy services to organisations from the National History Museum and the National Gallery to premier league football teams, hospitals and Private clinics.

She is passionate about excellence in healthcare and works to promote a culture of safe, effective patient care everywhere care is delivered.
